Every parent
of a child in the Lowell public schools is automatically a member
of the Citywide Parent Council. The mission of the CPC
is to involve parents in the educational issues in the Lowell
public schools. Each school elects two representatives
who meet monthly during the school year. All meetings
are open to the public and are televised on Lowell's channel
